A Brazilian twist on the on the original

I have lived in Swansea, Wales since 2004 and I am proud to call Swansea my home. My passion for baking started from my mum at my home when I was just a child. I later developed this passion for baking with my grandmother and my aunt in the countryside of Minas Gerais in Brazil. I love travelling and sampling street food and this is what gave me the idea to start my business. One of the things that I like most about baking is the opportunity to meet new people. Every morning I get out of bed before sunrise to ensure each Nata is baked fresh every day. I choose to work with local businesses, which helps support the local community.
